This is a vintage 14ct gold sapphire and diamond star flower halo ring in a size J, US 4 3/4. The sapphire is very dark in colour and measures around 6 x 4mm, and there are 10 x 1mm diamonds surrounding this. The diamonds are set into a white gold setting, which compliments them beautifully. The diamond carat weight is approximately 0.05ct in total. The band is around 1.5mm wide at the back and the total head size is around 1.3 x 1.1cm with a depth of around 6mm. It is in good general condition. The hallmarks are mostly worn away as pictured but this has been tested and confirmed as 14ct gold. It weighs around 2.4g.
