This is a beautiful 9ct gold amethyst and diamond heart ring with milgrain detail, in a size O, US 7 1/4. The amethyst measures around 5 x 4mm and there is one small 1mm diamond. The stones are set into white gold with milgrain detail, which sets them off beautifully. The heart is around 9 x 9mm and the band is around 1.5mm in width at the back. It is good overall condition and is fully hallmarked as pictured. It will be sent in a box but not the one pictured.
