This is a beautiful 9ct yellow gold emerald cut natural amethyst and diamond ring in a size P, US 7 3/4. The topaz measures approximately 7 x 5mm and there are 6 small 1mm diamonds in total, with a combined carat weight of 0.06ct. The band is around 2mm in width at the back. It is in very good condition and it weighs around 1.9g. It is fully hallmarked as pictured. It will be sent in a box but not the one pictured.
