This is a charming 9ct gold opal and diamond halo ring with heart detail, in a size J, US 4 3/4. The opal measures around 7 x 5mm and there are 10 diamonds in total, at around 1mm each. The diamonds have a combined carat weight of an estimated 0.05ct. The band is around 1.5mm wide and the total head size is around 11 x 9mm with a depth of around 5.5mm.
