This is a 9ct white gold pear cut teardrop pink sapphire solitaire ring in a size N1/2, US 7. The sapphire measures around 12 x 8mm, so is a fairly good size. There is 1 small 1mm diamond accent on each shoulder, set into a triangle. The band is around 1.75mm wide at the back. The stone is perfectly secure with a very slight movement that you can hear when you touch the stone, but it is held safely in place with 4 robust claws.
