This is a beautiful 9ct white gold pink sapphire and diamond heart ring in a size P, US 7 3/4. The sapphire measures around 3.8 x 3.8mm and there are 13 small sparkly 1mm diamonds surrounding this with a combined carat weight of around 0.07ct. The band is around 1.5mm wide at the back, and the total head size is around 7 x 7mm. It is in good general condition and is fully hallmarked as pictured, along with 'DIA' for the diamonds.
