This is a charming antique, art deco period, 18ct gold and platinum blue sapphire and diamond halo flower ring in a size O1/2, US 7 1/2. It is in very good condition considering it's age, and is stamped with '18ct Plat' as pictured. The band measures approximately 2mm in width with a depth of around 1mm so is nice and solid, and the head of the ring measures around 11 x 9mm. The main stone has a rubover setting with milgrain detail, and measures around 5 x 4mm, and there are 8 x small 1mm diamonds with a total combined carat weight of approximately 0.04ct. I do not know the colour or clarity of the diamonds, but they are nice and bright and clear. The stones are set into platinum which compliments them beautifully. The outer edges of the setting also have milgrain detail. It weighs approximately 3.3g. Any questions please ask. Box for display only but alternative supplied.
