This is an antique art deco period 18ct gold, platinum (tested), sapphire and diamond star ring in a size O, US 7 1/4. It is in excellent condition for its age and is stamped with '18ct' as pictured. The band measures approximately 1.5mm in width with a depth of around 1mm, and the head measures around 9mm in diameter. The main stone measures around 3mm and there are 4 x diamonds, each measuring approximately 1mm. The stones are set into platinum, this has been tested and confirmed. It weighs approximately 2.2g.
