This is an elegant designer Italian 18ct gold mixed cut emerald and diamond lavaliere necklace. The pendant measures around 3.5cm end to end (I have put the necklace onto an A4 sheet of paper in the photos for size reference). The pendant is solid, it is not articulated. The pendant consists of princess and oval cut emeralds. The princess emeralds measure around 1.25mm each, and the the oval ones are around 3 x 2.5mm. There are 11 diamonds measuring approximately 1.5mm each, and there is one diamond that measures approximately 2mm. The total diamond weight is estimated to be around 0.20ct, or thereabouts. The chain is a 2mm 'tiger' link chain (it looks like double curb links). The total length of the necklace is 19". It is in very good condition and is fully hallmarked as pictured, on the pendant, clasp and chain tag. 
The '750' stamp, along with the '60TV' stamp on the tag is an Italian hallmark for 18ct gold. The 'TV' is for the province of Treviso in Northern Italy, and the '60' is the registration mark for a company called 'Tecnigold', based in Borso Del Grappa in Treviso. Founded in 1979 by Francesco Piotto, they are best known for high quality machine-made gold chains. The necklace weighs approximately 5.4g in total. It will come in the box pictured.
