This is a beautiful large 9ct gold sapphire and diamond flower cluster ring in a size Q, US 8. The sapphires measure around 1.5mm, and there are 7 x 1mm diamonds in total. The band is around 1.5mm wide and the total head size is around 1.7cm in diameter with a depth of around 8mm, so is a good size. It is in very good condition and is fully hallmarked as pictured.
