This is a stunning vintage 9ct gold large pink sapphire and diamond halo ring in a size K, US 5 1/4. The sapphire is a good size, measuring around 1.4 x 1cm and there are 8 small 1mm diamonds in the white gold surround, with a combined carat weight of 0.04ct. The band is around 2mm wide at the back and the total head size is around 1.9 x 1.6cmm, so is a good size. It is in good overall condition and is fully hallmarked as pictured. It weighs around 4.8g.
