This is a beautiful large 9ct gold sapphire and diamond flower cluster ring in a small size I1/2 (i 1/2), US 4 1/2. The sapphires measure around 1.5mm, and there are 7 x 1mm diamonds in total. The band is around 1.75mm wide and the total head size is around 1.7cm in diameter with a depth of around 9mm, so is a good size. It is in good general  condition and is fully hallmarked as pictured for London 1987. It weighs around 4.1g. Any questions please ask. Box for display only but alternative supplied.
