This is a beautiful, fairly large vintage 18ct gold sapphire and 0.50ct diamond cluster halo ring in a size K, US 5 1/4. The sapphire is very dark in colour, and is a royal blue when held up to the light. The main stone measures around 10x 7mm, and there are 14 x 2.1mm diamonds in total (0.031ct each, approx), with a combined carat weight of approximately 0.50ct. The band is around 1.5mm wide and the total head size is around 1.4 x 1.2cm with a depth of around 6mm, so is a good size. It is in very good condition considering its age though the sapphire has a small scratch and some wear around some of the facets though this is much more obvious in the photo's than in real life, as they are close ups and a flash was used. It is fully hallmarked as pictured for Birmingham 1986 and weighs around 4.1g. Any questions please ask. Box for display only but alternative supplied.
