This is a beautiful, fairly large vintage (circa 1940's) 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster halo ring in a size O1/2, US 7 1/2. The sapphire is very dark in colour, and is blue when held up to the light. The main stone measures around 10x 7mm, and there are 14 x 1mm diamonds in total (0.005ct each, approx), with a combined carat weight of approximately 0.07ct. The band is around 2mm wide and is not perfectly round (see pictures) but this is nothing drastic. The total head size is around 1.5 x 1.2cm with a depth of around 6mm, so is a good size. It is in very good general condition considering its age. It is stamped with '18ct' as pictured, and it is a respectable weight at around 5.8g. Any questions please ask.
